- Knowledge about CCTV cameras, Access Control Device and other related equipment and software.
Responsibilities & Context:
Applications & Business Systems
Ensure day-to-day POS & Tailor application-related issues are resolved with priority.
User support for Company’s ERP Software.
Systems & Network Management
Experience to resolve all kinds of computer, hardware, software problem, network, and printer issues.
Provide IT support for end users for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Access Point, Scanners, Printers, CCTV, IP Camera, IP PABX.
Knowledge of PC Assembling and troubleshooting
Supervise and monitoring company`s Biometric Finger, Attendance Software & Access Control Devices.
IT Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate IT inventory of all IT assets like Laptops, Printers, Switches, Routers etc.
Managing operations such as computer networks, hardware, software, and other IT infrastructure to ensure it is functioning properly.
Local area Network connection setup and Network Cabling & Testing.
Strong understanding of TCP/ IP will be required.
Must have Knowledge in MS Office Application, MS Outlook for E- mail setup.
Provide IT support to end users at branch outlets inside and outside Dhaka as per requirements.
