∎ MBA or Equivalent Degree - Minimum 3.00 out of 4.00
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Operations, General Administration, Store Inventory and Control, Supply Chain Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Analytical ability, ERP Knowledge, Internet Browsing, MS Office, Problem Solving Skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Spinning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work as a team member.
∎ To work closely with relevant department to ensure smooth operation of the organization.
∎ To prepare different letters, office orders, notices and reports as required by Management.
∎ To maintain Software (ERP) and keeping update required information as organization demand.
∎ To maintain official Documents, personnel records and ensure proper documentation of related files.
∎ To monitor the task of necessary records, registers, ledger and computer reports of concern Department.
∎ To ensure safety and security of corporate documents and ensure confidentiality of information.
∎ To carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management in time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure, team work & negotiation skill.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Have to visit in Factory weekly or as instruction by the management.
