∎ • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
∎ • Some educational qualifications can be relaxed for experienced candidates.
∎ • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or dairy industry.
∎ • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
∎ • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for beef, goat meat, chicken, yogurt, sweets, milk and all kind of Assurance Farm’s products.
∎ • Identify and approach potential customers to increase sales.
∎ • Build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ • Conduct market research to analyze trends and consumer demands.
∎ • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ • Prepare sales reports and provide insights for business improvement.
