Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline (Preferable in Chemistry) with 03 years of Experience.
∎ Honors/ Diploma with at least 05 years of experience in Hygiene Products.
∎ Skills Required: IT Proficiency, Reporting and Documentation
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Product Development, Quality control
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor all QC and Product Development activities to ensure that end product meets quality parameters.
∎ Make Q.C inspection plan with Production and PPIC department.
∎ Underlying causes of quality issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent them from occurring in the future
∎ Keep retention sample of raw materials and packing materials.
∎ Handling of OOS, deviation, change control, etc.
∎ Qualification and periodic calibration of laboratory equipment.
∎ Log book writing, compile of test document of Raw materials, packing materials, and Finished Products.
∎ Maintain the good housekeeping of Laboratory
∎ Working on BSTI testing methods for product quality issues.
∎ Monitoring of Non-conforming and rejected materials and Market Return Products.
∎ Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ To perform any other necessary tasks time to time as per management order.
