Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA or Equivalent Degree from any reputed university
∎ Result: S.S.C - Minimum 4.5 out of 5.00 or equivalent result, H.S.C - Minimum 4.5 out of 5.00 or equivalent result, B.B.A, M.B.A or Equivalent - Minimum 3.25 out of 4.00
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HR and compliance, Sales & Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling different types of Department related claims efficiently.
∎ Maintain official Documents and ensure proper documentation of the concerned Department.
∎ Follow up daily activities as organization demand as per the company policy with strong supervision.
∎ Maintain ERP Software and keeping update required information as organization demand.
∎ Excellent writing and communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a must.
∎ Able to work under pressure, team work & negotiation skill.
∎ To perform responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Experience in ERP Software will get preference.
∎ Have to visit in Factory weekly or as instruction by the management.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Honest, dynamic, dedicated and responsible individuals are desired in the company.
