∎ BBA or Equivalent Degree - Minimum 3.00 out of 4.00
∎ MBA or Equivalent Degree - Minimum 3.00 out of 4.00
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Computer skill
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work as a team member.
∎ To ensure smooth operation of the organization.
∎ To prepare official letters, documents, notices and reports as required by Management.
∎ To maintain Software (ERP) and keeping information up to date as organization demand.
∎ To monitor the task of necessary records, registers, ledger and reports of concerned Department.
∎ To ensure safety, security and confidentiality of corporate documents and information.
∎ Reviewing reports and data to determine whether further action is required
∎ Coordinating with other departments to manage projects and ensure that deadlines are met
∎ Coordinating the work of other employees within the company.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure, team work & negotiation skill.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Have to visit in Factory weekly or as instruction by the management.
