Beverage, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Hotel, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ a. To plan and achieve the sales target through
∎ • Distribution and productivity
∎ • Ensuring Customer Coverage
∎ b. Ensure product quality and customer service
∎ c. System and process implementation & credit monitoring
∎ d. Performance management and monitoring
∎ e. Maintain proper Customer relationships through
∎ • Ensuring satisfactory service
∎ • Building effective rapport with the key personnel
∎ f. Collect customer insight/ feedback
∎ WORK PROCESS:
∎ a. To achieve daily sales target
∎ Achieve daily sales target through utilizing special price offers.
∎ Ensure calling of by Channel MUST HAVE (MH) SKUs in all customer in a route. Review daily achievement against the target to keep pace with the month's target.
∎ b. To ensure proper Innovation Placement
∎ Plan and achieve placement targets of innovations by channel as per norm and within the given time frame.
∎ c. To ensure proper customer Coverage
∎ Explore each of the potential customers in a locality. Regular follow-up in-person/ over phone
∎ Identify the gap in coverage In each of the customer categories against the universe and prepare a plan to minimize the gap.
∎ d. To ensure customer relation
∎ Keep good relations with the customers
∎ Ensure that the customers know you by name and that you are from AHHL/ AFBL. e.To update on competitors activities
∎ Collect information regarding competitors' activities while making calls
∎ f. Collect shopper insight/ feedback
∎ While calling the customers, observe their minds and take any feedback/Insight as possible.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
