Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a competent Compliance Officer.
To develop, implement and maintain factory compliance requirements as per legal standards (ISO, EMV, PCI, and CQM) with proper documentation and audits,
Ensure SOP compliance, control measures, and vendor audit preparation,
Manage client, bank, telco, and supplier audit requirements,
Archive audit findings and quality reports accurately,
Oversee employee insurance documentation (Fire, Burglary, Group),
Conduct regular training sessions for supervisors and operators to ensure proficiency in workstation-specific operations and adherence to applicable standards,
Integrate new certifications and implement standard enhancements,
Any other tasks assigned by management.
