Job Context:
∎ Rotu`s Craft is looking for potential candidates who will work directly with company owners. Candidates have to observe online classes, feedback from the student, attend queries, helping office work as instructed, email, social platforms as far management instructed.
∎ Workplace: Work from home, Work at office (if needed)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be prepare to make video (as per our content) from home with mobile/other device every day for social media and for our website.
∎ Must be Smart and fluent in speaking
∎ Lead database, Call, Convince students and guardians for admission
∎ Fulfill the targeted KPI every month (Students admission)
∎ Follow up existing Students and guardians
∎ Telemarketing and making advertisement
∎ Responsible for building a relationship approach to the prospective customer/client.
∎ Collect, forecast and analyses the market data for operating plans.
∎ Visit (virtually or physically as required) the target Clients and ensure Customer satisfaction.
∎ Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate goals and achieve sales targets.
∎ Presenting company products and services to the Clients/Customers.
∎ Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
∎ Sales Target oriented
∎ Analysis the competitor market data.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 0- 1 year of full Time Experience in field level sales, Telemarketing, Order Collection, event management, Shop manager, branding etc.
∎ E-commerce experienced people will get preference
∎ The applicants should have knowledge in Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Must be able to use smart phone & APP
∎ Experienced in Sales & Marketing in any renowned E-commerce people will get high preference.
