Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Check and maintain day-to-day accounting activities.
∎ • To prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly/yearly reports as per schedule date for smooth operation.
∎ • Manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial data.
∎ • Manage the daily recording of bank & cash transactions and monitoring of balances.
∎ • To entry all receipts and payments in the software regularly.
∎ • Ensure the accurate and timely recording of all cash transactions in the accounting system.
∎ • Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risks.
∎ • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
∎ • Ensure necessary support to Accounts & Finance Department as or when required.
∎ • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
