Should have degree in CSE, ICT, ISS, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Expertise in AWS or GCP, with working knowledge of the other.
Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
Hands-on experience managing RDS and Cloud SQL for MySQL/PostgreSQL.
Experience deploying infrastructure for AI/ML workloads (managed AI services, Vector DBs).
Solid knowledge of networking concepts (VPC, DNS, Firewalls).
Proficiency with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
Knowledge of modern web development stacks:
a) Laravel: Architecture, Eloquent ORM, Blade, routing.
b) React: Component lifecycle, hooks, state management, API integration.
c) PHP: OOP, MVC patterns.
d) JavaScript: ES6+, async/await, DOM manipulation.
e) CSS: Responsive design, preprocessors (SASS/SCSS).
Familiarity with AI/ML platforms for building conversational agents and generative applications.
Experience integrating TTS, STT, and image generation APIs into web apps.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Should be fluent in English & Bengali.
Perform all the duties anywhere within Bangladesh or elsewhere as may be required by the company from time to time.
Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The applicants should be expert in MS office.
Responsibilities & Context:
Architect, deploy, and manage secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Provision and maintain optimized hosting environments for web applications (e.g., WordPress, Laravel, React).
Manage cloud-native databases (Amazon RDS, Cloud SQL) for MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Deploy and maintain cloud resources to support AI/ML systems, including Vector Databases for RAG workloads.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure platform reliability and performance.
Enforce security best practices across all cloud environments.
Support application deployments built with Laravel, React, PHP, JavaScript, and CSS.
PHP dependency management with Composer and framework customization.
Experience fine-tuning and deploying custom AI/ML models (chatbots, generative models).
Knowledge of image generation (GANs, Diffusion Models) and speech APIs (Amazon Polly, Google Cloud TTS/STT).
Strong understanding of embedding AI features into responsive, user-friendly web interfaces.
Optimize infrastructure costs through auto-scaling, rightsizing, and resource allocation strategies.
Design, deploy, and integrate AI solutions such as chatbots, image generation tools, and speech processing services.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities including text-to-speech (TTS), speech-to-text (STT), and generative models into web applications.
