Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare operational plan budget for the Agro Project.
Implement the project as per Plan & Budget with timeline.
Provide training to farmers agricultural skills and techniques, including better ways of using pesticides.
Asses & evaluate the prospect and potentials of a particular land.
Develop and upgrade the land condition to a standard for a particular crop.
Harvest & maintain the crops at particular standard in coordination with the agriculture expert available in the area.
Delegate work to team members and keep them focused on the plan with allocating sufficient resources
Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project effectiveness
Liaison & maintain close relationship with stakeholder and local government Agricultural Office, independent bodies and authorities.
Conduct regular visits, meetings, follow-up, guidance & evaluate activities.
Prepare necessary documentation and reporting including financials, project reports, training reports and business reports etc.
Ensure timely submission of daily/monthly/quarterly/annual reports & MIS to the reporting senior
