Job Responsibilities:
∎ Career counseling should be provided to the trainees.
∎ To arrange self and wage employment for the graduate trainees of the organization's training center by maintaining contacts with various employers.
∎ The resume of trainees should be reviewed to know about the trainee's educational qualifications, work experience, and other skills.
∎ Candidates need help in writing resumes. All trainees are required to undergo an interview to know the qualifications and skills of the candidates.
∎ Establish regular contact with successful trainees even after decent job placement.
∎ To save and maintain the database of all after the completion of the training and Job placement.
∎ Keeping in touch with all past and ongoing batches to take employment.
∎ Regularly providing necessary information to the donor organization in coordination with the senior officers of the organization.
∎ To properly fulfill the responsibilities assigned by the authorities in Organization related interests of the organization including providing necessary support to other programs of the organization in the work area.
∎ Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, PSEA, Gender, and WB Policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 3 years of practical experience in job placement or 3 years Marketing experience will be preferred.
∎ Educational qualification is relaxed for those who have more experience in the relevant field.
Salary:
∎ Consolidated Tk. 35,000 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
