∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring
∎ BootStrong understanding of REST API design, JPA, and Microservices architecture
∎ Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
∎ Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and JUnit/Mockito testing
∎ Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and cloud deployment practices
∎ 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring
∎ BootStrong understanding of REST API design, JPA, and Microservices architecture

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Java 11+ and Spring Boot
∎ Build and integrate RESTful APIs, services, and third-party tools
∎ Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
∎ Optimize application performance and reliability
∎ Ensure secure authentication and authorization using Spring Security
∎ Participate in agile development: sprint planning, daily standups, and code reviews
∎ Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to ship complete solutions
∎ Integrate with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and container tools like Docker
