Catalyst Solutions is seeking proactive and tech-savvy IT professionals to join our team as IT Trainee Managers. This mid-level role is designed for individuals with hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and a passion for emerging technologies. You will play a key role in ensuring uninterrupted internet connectivity and IT operations across our global offices, supporting Fortune 500 clients 24/7.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure 24/7 internet connectivity across all office locations

• Supervise workstation functionality and enforce IT compliance across departments

• Lead installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of systems, software, networks, and devices

• Maintain and audit the inventory of all electronic and IT equipment

• Ensure ISO 27001:2022 data security compliance across all levels of staff

• Monitor IP camera systems and ensure fail-safe mechanisms are in place

• Document IT operations, including maintenance logs, incident reports, and checklists

• Support recruitment and onboarding of IT personnel

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally

• The IT department is responsible for managing any equipment that operates on electricity, including bulbs, fans, voltage stabilizers, etc.

• Depending on performance, a twice-yearly festival bonus (between 50% to 100% of gross pay) is given*
