Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Meet the quality system (GQS) requirements related to his/ her job functions.Understanding by quality system: Documentation, work method, and internal and external customer expectations related to a process, product or service

∎ To execute and to make sure the dispositions of Manufacturing Systems are being complied.
∎ Analyze and provide business solutions to support the manufacturing aspects of the Manufacturing processes, such as but not limited to textile manufacturing, sewing, yarn and distribution.
∎ Provide daily support for Gildan production systems including investigating and resolving complex user questions related to Manufacturing systems.
∎ Document new processes or procedures, create testing documentation, and create specifications or proposals.
∎ Develop simplified/lean process improvements or operating practices which best utilize the systems to improve quality; increase productivity; and supports ISO 45001.
∎ Conduct reviews, walkthroughs, and solution testing to ensure that deliverables are achieved.
∎ Participate in integrated testing when needed.
∎ Develop, write, and conduct training to end users and Manufacturing personnel.
∎ Provide post-implementation support.
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
∎ As a IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for in-depth understand of IT Systems in Manufacturing and ensure smooth operation on the systems. This mandate will also include analysis and resolution of production issues and user support. You will also lead and/or participate in the following activities: Testing, preparation of training guides and other supporting documents, training business users, deployment of solutions, as well as post go-live support when required.
