Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support on all account management activities and access requests as per defined policies
∎ Perform primary analysis for incidents and requests sent to the Global ServiceDesk
∎ Answer customer telephone calls for various levels of IT support, open incidents on their behalf
∎ Provide desktop remote and desk side support services to internal customers;
∎ Gather all required information and provide first and second level support for incidents and requests
∎ Provide technical support on mobile devices (i.e. Iphone’s etc…) and maintain Mobile Device Management tools.
∎ Maintain global hardware and software inventories
∎ Primary analysis and data gathering of information for Application incidents
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred 5 years specialized in IT remote Service Desk / Helpdesk agent.
∎ Experience as Service Desk, Helpdesk or Network Support as remote agent is required.
∎ Experience in remote support of IT problems and escalation of incidents to other IT Areas.
∎ Experience in Microsoft Active Directory is a must.
∎ Experience in Service Desk Platforms (Service-Now or similar)
∎ Strong understanding of IT Networking services (Internet Services, DNS, TCP/IP, WAN LAN SERVICES)
∎ IT University or similar degree or similar experience required.
∎ Microsoft Certified Professional required (present ID number)
∎ Desirable ITIL, CCIE, . (Present ID number)
∎ English is required.
∎ Availability to work in Shifts.
Salary: Negotiable
