Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide technical support for software and hardware issues.
∎ Set up and manage computers, printers and office devices.
∎ Assist with software installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
∎ Support cyber security and data protection.
∎ Scan and preserve our legal documents
∎ Maintain system backups
∎ Developing our firm’s website
∎ Keep our social IDs up-to-date
∎ Type various documents in case of urgency
∎ We are a reputed legal firm seeking an IT support individual to join our team and manage our IT support needs. As an entry level IT Support Specialist, you will be the go-to person for our IT assistance within our firm. You will have to work 5 days (Saturday to Wednesday) every week from 4PM to 9PM. Your key responsibilities will be to :
