Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Felna Tech. is looking for a skilled Senior Support Engineer to join in the Technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Computer Hardware and connectivity solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage high-priority customers and data center operations while also engaging in research and development of new solutions.
