∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE
∎ Training/Trade Course: Linux,CCNA
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Communication skill, Linux, Networking Skills, Operation and Maintenance, Professional Device Handling, software support
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware & Networking, IT Support Service, software support, Windows and Linux Operating System
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor everyday systems and evaluate availability of all system resources and able to perform any activities for Linux operation.
∎ Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware and network problems for labeling project.
∎ Operating consoles which needs to monitor the performance of Barcode/QC code scanning equipment and related systems.
∎ Practiced with any primary troubleshoot of different issues of system security.
∎ Must be able to communicate effectively in English for both verbally and in written form to collaborate with other teams working in other countries and team members to develop automation strategies.
∎ Needs to work with different computing equipment, Barcode/QR code scanning equipment.
∎ Provide technical support to supplier/factory physically and site visiting is a MUST.
∎ Fully compliant with corporate standard, procedure and policies that defined by headquarters IT.
∎ Core business application, Inventory management, particularly for the label project support and troubleshooting, this is included but not limit to mobile Apps, proprietary IT system, Linux OS etc.

∎ Age 24 to 32 years
