∎ Role Description:

∎ This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services for desktop computers and other information technology systems. The IT Support Specialist will also be responsible for providing help desk support as needed.

∎ Qualifications:
∎
∎ Degree or diploma in CSE/IT/Networking or related field.
∎ Excellent communication and customer service skills
∎ Ability to work well in a team environment
∎ Experience in Server Configuration, PABX & CCTV System Setup, Network Administration and Server maintenance is mandatory
∎ Experience working in the blockchain technology industry is a plus.
∎ Salary : Negotiable
