Responsibilities & Context: The incumbent must have similar work experience in any IT Services sales or software sales.
- Analyzing the market to find the prospects based on the available product lines considering the assigned target from management.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Gather knowledge of the company's IT Software products and services
- Correspond with customers for selling products and services through physical visits, proposal submissions, and onward negotiation.
- Maintaining existing customers through regular communication to retain as well as to gain new revenue.
- Gather market and competitor information i.e. the product and pricing to get a competitive advantage
- Visit potential customers for new business
- Generating Leads, Making Calls, and Building prospects on the pipeline
- Analyze and review potential business to ensure maximum profitability
- Establish and manage multi-tiered relationships across customer and company to ensure long-term business partnership
- Provide a report on target, performance, and justification for business outcome
- Ensure the product delivery is within the deadline.
- Make sure the bill has been submitted on time to the client
- Collection of due or outstanding within the timeline.
- Must have Professional Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Basic Graphics Design/Canva)
- Knowledge of digital and social media marketing.
