SKINNORA বাংলাদেশের একটি ক্রমবর্ধমান স্কিনকেয়ার রিলেটেড E-commerce platform।
এখন আমরা খুঁজছি এমন একজনকে, যিনি আমাদের ব্র্যান্ডের ভয়েসকে Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok আর অন্যান্য সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া — প্ল্যাটফর্ম এর মাধ্যমে জীবন্ত রাখবেন। এমন একজন, যিনি শুধু posts schedule করবেন না — audience-এর সাথে আমাদের ব্রান্ডকে কানেক্ট করতে পারবেন।
আপনি যা করবেন
Content Strategy & Creation একটা মাসিক content calendar plan ও maintain করবেন। Bangla ও English দুই ভাষায় natural, human-sounding copy লিখবেন — যেটা বিজ্ঞাপনের মতো না শোনাক। Reels, Stories, short-form videos, carousels, infographics — সবকিছু নিজেই design ও edit করতে পারবেন।
Community Management Comments, DMs, customer inquiries — সবগুলোতে সময়মতো এবং ব্র্যান্ডের টোন বজায় রেখে সাড়া দেবেন। ফলোয়ারদের সাথে সম্পর্কটাকে "audience vs brand" না রেখে genuine কথোপকথনের মতো করে গড়ে তুলবেন।
Performance Analysis Meta Insights, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio — এগুলো ব্যবহার করে reach, engagement, CTR, ROI track করবেন। মাসিক report তৈরি করবেন এবং সেই data দেখে পরের মাসের strategy refine করবেন।
Paid Advertising Boosted posts ও targeted ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) পরিচালনা করবেন। Budget allocation, A/B testing, এবং ROAS optimize করার দায়িত্ব আপনার।
Reputation Management Brand mentions monitor করবেন। কোনো negative feedback বা potential PR situation এলে সেটা carefully ও professionally handle করবেন।
যা অবশ্যই থাকতে হবে
Social media management-এ ৩–৫ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা (preferably কোনো consumer brand বা e-commerce-এ)
Video editing-এ হাতের কাজ — CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, অথবা equivalent
Image editing ও graphic design — Canva, Adobe Photoshop, বা Illustrator
Scheduling tools-এ comfort — Meta Business Suite,
Bangla ও English দুই ভাষায় আত্মবিশ্বাসের সাথে copy লিখতে পারা
Platform algorithm, trending audio, hashtag culture — এগুলো নিয়ে সবসময় updated থাকার অভ্যাস
Analytical mindset — numbers দেখে decision নিতে পারা
যেগুলো আপনাকে এগিয়ে রাখবে (Strong Plus)
AI tools-এ দক্ষতা — ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, বা অন্য content generation tools দিয়ে workflow দ্রুত ও smart করতে পারা
স্কিনকেয়ার বা beauty industry-তে পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা — ingredient, skin concern, customer psychology বোঝা
নিজস্ব portfolio বা case studies যেখানে measurable growth দেখানো যায়
