Experience:

Data Entry

• Proficient in English & Bangla typing using any software.

• Expert in using Microsoft Office ( Excel, Power Point, Word).

• Expert in Internet Browsing. Specially in using Google application (Gmail, Google Doc, Google Drive etc ).

Graphics Design

• Expert in basic Graphics design ( Banner, Flayer, Calendrer, Poster).

• Knowledge & Skill in basic video editing will be beneficiary.

IT Infrastructure Management

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software.

• Manage the organization’s IT resources such as servers, workstations, laptops, printers, and other devices.

• Conduct regular backups of systems and data to prevent data loss.

Reporting and Documentation

• Maintain records of IT systems, processes, and incidents.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with other departments to understand their needs and provide appropriate IT solutions.

• Provide updates to senior management about the status of documentation.
