You will play a key role in ensuring financial transparency, operational efficiency, and system improvement, helping the school run smoothly so our educators and therapists can focus on what matters most—our children.
Financial Management & Accounting
Maintain accurate daily financial records including cash book, ledger, vouchers, and bank reconciliation
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
Oversee payroll, payments, and vendor disbursements
Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation
Automation & Systems Development
Design and implement simple, effective automated systems (digital vouchers, fee tracking, dashboards)
Introduce and maintain accounting software suited for school operations
Develop Excel/MIS-based tools for fees, inventory, and reporting
Ensure data accuracy, security, and backup systems
Reporting & Administration
Generate insightful financial and operational reports for decision-making
Support procurement, inventory, and asset management
Coordinate with academic and therapy teams for effective planning
Compliance & Governance
Ensure financial transparency and adherence to policies
Maintain clear and organized documentation of all transactions
