Job Context:
∎ We are currently seeking a qualified, knowledgeable IT Professional to help our company develop, use, and integrate IT systems.
∎ 383, Satarkul Road, Uttar Badda, Dhaka-1212 (1st Floor of Monpura School)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
∎ Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
∎ Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
∎ Creating a website and gradually improving and improving the website.
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Ensure basic IT support, such as PC troubleshooting; mail/ outlook configuration; printer, monitoring virtual machines and troubleshoot them etc. as per company IT policy.
∎ Work continuously on a task until completion.
∎ Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
∎ Identifying hardware and software solutions.
∎ Wi-Fi Configuration (Access Point).
∎ Network Printer/Local printer connect/sharing.
∎ Printer problem/solution (Basic).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart, proactive, energetic, hard worker and result oriented
∎ Good knowledge of active directory, file server, print server

Salary: Negotiable
