Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in any discipline, preferably in Computer Science and Engineering, from any reputed university.
∎ Certifications / Trainings on information technology, would be added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configuring, installing, and troubleshooting desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and antivirus software.
∎ Configuring, installing, and troubleshooting operating systems, e.g. Windows, Linux etc.
∎ Providing day-to-day support to end users of the branches.
∎ Applying patching and anti-virus updates in accordance with IT Security team recommendations.
∎ Conducting thorough analysis of specification and configuration to select appropriate technology products.
∎ Ensuring consistent deployment of IT hardware and software applications.
∎ Evaluating price proposals and negotiating with external vendors.
∎ Managing overall process of IT asset procurement and billing
∎ Implementing standard processes and procedures for technology service delivery
∎ Managing and keeping proper record of all IT assets across of IDLC
∎ Managing disposal of IT assets

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
∎ Must have strong negotiation skills
∎ In-depth knowledge of Help Desk best practices
∎ Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical person
∎ Working knowledge of various communication and collaboration tools
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to deal with complex scenarios
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
∎ Ability to organize and plan work independently
