Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Information Systems Security (MISS), Masters in Computer Application (MCA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer Operating, Computer skill
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have strong knowledge of Troubleshooting & diagnosis of Desktop/Laptop, Computer hardware, software, and networking problems.
∎ Familiarity with Network Infrastructure (Local Area Network, VPN, WAN technology), Troubleshooting network problems with the help of service providers or service desk.
∎ Knowledge of Antivirus, Network Printer, Laser Printer, Barcode Printer, Dot-matrix Printer, POS/ICR/Thermal Printer, Barcode Scanner, Flatbed Scanner, Firewall, and Network devices.
∎ Should have well knowledge of Online UPS.
∎ Configuring and maintaining Office outlook 2016, 2019, Office 365 installing & configuring computer hardware, operating system (Windows 10, Windows 11), and applications including MS Office 2016, 2019, Office 365
∎ Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance & sustainability of overall health & security of the office networking infrastructure.
∎ Performs any other IT-related duties as assigned by the Manager / Team Leader.
∎ Should have Good Communication skills in Bengali and English and be able to communicate with the HO IT team in India & UK through email or direct call.
∎ Have a strong sense of ownership, drive, and ability to deliver results in assigned time.
∎ Efficiently multi-task between multiple critical business projects.

Salary: Tk. 23000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
