Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• At least 2 years

• Age At most 32 years

• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and related technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.

• Provide technical support to organization`s IT infrastructure and systems.

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

• Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.

• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.

• Document IT procedures and maintain technical documentation.

• Collaborate with other team members to support IT-related activities.
