Job Context:
∎ We are looking for skilled IT & Digital Marketing Specialist who can develop and leverage digital marketing strategies to enhance our brands, increase traffic, and drive sales, and work with high-profile clients. The candidate will be involved in developing digital marketing strategies, implementing digital marketing & sales plans, and creative planning and execution of all the digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Job Location: 383, Satarkul Road, (1st Floor of Monpura School) Badda, Dhaka-1212
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web/ Software Development and knowledge of Programming languages such as PHP (Codeigniter Framework), MySQL, HTML/HTML5, CSS/ CSS3, Java Script, JQuery, Ajax etc.
∎ Builds websites to client specifications by writing code, designing pages and widgets, and incorporating graphics and video elements
∎ Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
∎ Must have skills for leading a web-based software development project. The candidate should be able to provide innovative ideas to the project concerned.
∎ Develop and manage digital/ online marketing campaigns.
∎ Ability to Create Business Proposal and Digital Marketing Plan.
∎ Must have knowledge about Social Media Marketing, Online Digital Marketing, Facebook Marketing.
∎ Practical experience in boosting, Imo, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Plus, etc.
∎ Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate analyses and interpret data.
∎ Manage content marketing, SEO techniques, PPC, Email marketing and other online marketing technique.
∎ Develop and maintain all social media profiles on Social Networks (FB, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest)
∎ Monitor web analytics daily (traffic and conversion), identify risks and opportunities and communicate performance trends with team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the field of Digital Marketing, Web Developer, Development of Software.
∎ Very Good Communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Very Good knowledge and skills in computing & mailing correspondence.
∎ Smart, Presentable & Positive attitude.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
