Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc. in CSE/ CS/ IT preferably with Honors in CSE/ CS/ IT from any recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of Desktop/ Laptop Computers.
∎ Responsible for installation of operating system and application software in Desktop Computers and Laptops.
∎ Perform computer assembly.
∎ Responsible for any technical support service in IT hardware related activities.
∎ Extend necessary support for IT Hardware (UPS, Printer, and Monitor) repairing activities.
∎ Perform network cabling for LAN and monitoring stability of Wi-fi devices.
∎ Perform maintenance of Client /Server network and assist to monitor network stability and activity.
∎ Ensure virus protection through AV server using (Kaspersky open space security) and perform update as required to all server and client PC.
∎ Extend technical support for arranging various programs, meetings, workshops and trainings etc. as and when necessary.
∎ Provide technical support for arranging online meeting platform such as zoom, teams, skype etc. as and when necessary.
∎ Extend support for updating Social networking platform such as Facebook for Caritas Bangladesh.
∎ Visit Project offices to extend necessary support as and when needed under the guidance of the Head of Operations.
∎ Communicate with vendors for technical support and program updates as needed to resolve.
∎ Ensure compliance of ICT Manual and Data Protection Policy of Caritas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 03 years of experience in IT and Computer trouble-shooting task. Experience in working in emergency programs preferred.
∎ Should have basic knowledge on Data Based Management System (DBMS).
∎ Strong Knowledge on Routing, Network sharing, DHCP and TCP/IP management.
∎ Basic knowledge on Client /Server network and assist to monitor network stability and activity.
∎ Must have knowledge on virtual meeting platform such as zoom, teams, skype, blue jeans etc. as and when necessary.
∎ Good knowledge on Smart Mobile OS (Android system) and cyber security system.
∎ Good knowledge of digital hygiene and safety - security system of IT devices.
∎ Ability to receive quickly and process information to assess a rapidly evolving situation and ability to make timely decisions.
∎ Good Skill on Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing task.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, coordination and training skills.
∎ Should be fluent in communication both in writing and speaking in English language.
∎ Should be creative and innovative.
∎ Should have persistence when faced with difficult problems or challenges.
∎ Should be self-driven and positive to work in a team.
∎ Should have "can do' attitude and able to handle multiple tasks managing priorities.
∎ Committed to work following organizational aims, values, principal and policies.
Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
