∎ Graduation in relevant field
∎ Skills Required: IT Support Service, IT Troubleshooting, Networking, Router configuration
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide all kind of IT support Desktop computers, Laptop, Network Printer, Network Switch, Router & others IT equipment.
∎ To perform network monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting in Windows Servers.
∎ Should understand user requirements & network problems.
∎ Design & Implementation Local Area Network.
∎ Knowledge in MS Office O365, AutoDesk AEC All Apps, Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps, Video Conferencing System
∎ Configure & install various network devices like Switch, router, IP Camera, WiFi Access point etc.
∎ Candidates should have a pleasant personality; be confident, sincere, proactive and intelligent.
∎ Experience in Windows OS setup and troubleshooting.
∎ Experience in computer LAN setup and troubleshooting.
∎ Clear concept about TCP/IP, HTTP, LAN, IP-routing and Sub-netting.
∎ Adequate knowledge for configuration of MS Outlook, MS Teams, Skype for Business, ZOOM
∎ Capable of handling Corporate Antivirus setup with Management console and day-to-day support.
