• Minimum 5–7 years of IT experience (preferably in healthcare/hospital sector).

• Strong expertise in ERP/HMS, servers, networking, and cybersecurity.

• Hands-on experience with CC Cameras, PBX systems, and access control.

• Knowledge of data security, compliance, and IT governance.

• Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage a multifunctional IT department covering technical, digital, and creative areas.

Tele Tell Communications Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of IT Manager to support its sister concern, Padma Communications, in managing and maintaining its Hospital IT operations. The role requires a motivated professional who can ensure smooth operation of all hospital technology systems and lead digital transformation in healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee hospital IT infrastructure including servers, networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, data centers, and backups.

• Manage and maintain Hospital Management System (HMS) with 30+ modules and Accounts software.

• Provide on-call IT support (hardware, software, network) for all hospital units.

• Administer CC Camera systems (74 IP cameras, 3 NVRs, EZstation App, private IP/web link monitoring).

• Manage PBX/VoIP system (64 IP phones, Yeastar server, hotline & outgoing call setup).

• Ensure data security & compliance through patching, monitoring, and cybersecurity best practices.

• Support hardware & biomedical IT devices (computers, printers, scanners, biometrics, access points).

• Collaborate with vendors (ISP, software providers) and negotiate service agreements.

• Lead website management (doctor profiles, online appointment booking, telemedicine, job circulars, CV collection).

• Drive digital marketing & social media campaigns (Facebook boosting, video content, awareness posts).

• Supervise printing, publications & creative support (forms, brochures, event materials).

• Prepare IT-related documents, reports, and provide support to HR, Accounts, and Admin.
