∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Eastern Shares and Securities Ltd. (ESSL), a leading stock brokerage firm, is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to lead our technology operations and drive innovation across our growing organization.
∎ Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and scalability for brokerage operations.
∎ Manage procurement, deployment, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
∎ Monitor, Maintain & ensure the mail server & related other servers are running satisfactorily.
∎ All other related IT works as & when required by the company. The candidate must have a good communication skill both spoken & written.
∎ Provide IT support to all user, this includes the Desktops, Laptops, Scanners, wireless Routers, Printers, attendance equipment,Basic knowledge of at least one programming language.
∎ The Applicants should have experience in the Capital Market.· Maintain SQL Server, Data backup, & CCNA.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in computer application (MS Office, Excel & Power Point).
∎ Lead the development, integration, and improvement of trading platforms and internal systems.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and implement robust cybersecurity policies.Oversee cloud and server management, data integrity, and system availability.
∎ Manage IT vendors, contracts, and service agreements for cost-effectiveness and reliability.
∎ Lead IT support operations, onboarding, and user training.
∎ Supervise and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize operational disruption.
∎ Stay updated on technological advancements and regulatory changes relevant to the financial sector.
