Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Eastern Shares and Securities Ltd. (ESSL), a leading stock brokerage house, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Trader cum Branch In-charge for our Lohagara Digital Booth.
∎ Oversee all daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of trade, compliance, and customer service activities.
∎ Execute and monitor client trades in equity and other financial products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
∎ Drive branch revenue and profitability by acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and achieving monthly sales targets.
∎ Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow the client base and increase trade volumes.
∎ Lead, mentor, and supervise branch staff, fostering a high-performance, client-focused culture.
∎ Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
∎ Resolve escalated client issues promptly and professionally.· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
∎ Prepare and present regular branch performance reports to senior management.
