• B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering from any reputed University.

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

• Has Training capabilities for troubleshooting and support.

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in IT Field. 2 years of which in management position.

• Experience in the Hotel/Resort will be given priority.

• Good knowledge in LAN, Security, wireless, IP Telephony, and hospitality solutions and software.

• Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English.

Job Location : Moulvibazar District, Sylhet Region.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all daily and weekly IT procedures in the Resort.

• Design, Implement Preventive Maintenance for all IT hardware & Software.

• Will be fully in charge of IT Dept and all of its related issues.

• Checking daily backups, all system interfaces, Server hardware and logs.

• Work and manage suppliers for any Software/ Hardware conflicts.

• Follow up all claims that are being forwarded to IT Dept.

• Document, archive all correspondence and troubleshooting, follow up suppliers’ visits and maintenance.

• Develop and adapt any ideas that bring IT services to higher management.

• Recover any gaps that might face IT Dept and come up with plans to advance its operations.

• Ensure the delivery of all aspects of the IT strategy, budget, resources, systems, third party management.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software, hardware, and network configurations, procedures, and policies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT requirements and opportunities for process improvement.

• Oversee the inventory of computer hardware, laptops, printers, UPS, scanners, multimedia projectors, and various types of software and operating systems.

• Develop and implement efficient inventory tracking systems to ensure timely replenishment and prevent stock outs.

• Team Leadership: Manage and lead the IT team, providing training and performance evaluations.

• Security Management: Implement and enforce security policies to protect network and hardware resources.

• Monitor and manage all existing systems, network appliances, hardware, and other IT infrastructure components to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Assist existing/new properties when it is required.
