∎ Strong Communication Skill in English and the local language.
∎ Proficiency in Computer, website management, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Graphics Design.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Ability to guide & maintain a team professionally.
∎ Strong in analytical, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Vast knowledge about Graphics Design software, online Marketing platform, data collection, data analysis, data backup, and recovery solutions.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for supporting non-technical staff.
∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide companies work demand about Graphics Design related issues like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Video Editing, and e-commerce related issues like- SEO, Social Media Marketing, Data Collection, Data analysis, promptly. Maintain documentation of IT issues and resolutions for future reference.
∎ Install, configure, Upgrade and maintain website and software systems. Monitor Website performance, ensure quick response and optimal functionality. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
∎ Assist in planning and executing IT projects, such as Online Marketing, SEO, Graphics Design, Social Media Marketing, Led generation etc. Collaborate with departments to align IT capabilities with business needs.
