Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage flight Reservation, ticket issuance, reissuance and cancellation using global
∎ distribution System (GDS) such as Amadous, Sabre or Galileo.
∎ Provide accurate fare quotation and ensure the best value option for customer.
∎ Handle inquiries related to flight schedule baggage policies and visa requirements.
∎ Resolved customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
∎ Maintain Up to date knowledge of airlines rules, policies and promotional offers.
∎ Assist in preparing travel itineraries and ensuring all bookings comply with client
∎ Maintain records of Transaction and proper reports for management needed.
∎ Strong Communication Skill in English and the local language.
∎ Proficiency in using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo etc.)
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
∎ OTA based experience is extra preference
