Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide corrective and preventive support services related to IT and cybersecurity.·
- Offer first-level support and services for all software applications and SaaS platforms.·
- Deliver first and second-level support and services for the portfolio of computing devices and infrastructure, including.
- Computing Devices: Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, and Mobile Devices operating on MAC, Windows, Linux, Android, and other platforms.
- Office Equipment: Printers, Scanners, Projectors, Access Control Systems, etc.·
- Network Equipment & Internet Connectivity: Modems, Cabling, Routers, Switches, Next Generation Firewalls, Access Points, Wi-Fi Networks, etc.
- Power: UPS, AVR, and other power-related equipment.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Software Installation and Configuration.
