Experience:

Masters/ Bachelor degree in the relevant discipline.

• High level of proficiency in English (both verbal & written) is essential.

• Minimum 03 years of hands-on experience in IT support service operation.

• Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Regular monitoring and ensure day to day IT operation in running smoothly.

• Maintain CCTV, NVR and IP cameras and surveillance system backup whenever necessary.

• Maintain IT inventory and keep track of all IT equipment.

• Provide IT supports for desktop, laptop & also require troubleshoot all IT Equipment & Solving Problems ( Printers, UPS, IPS, Switch, Router, Desktop PC, Laptop & system in used).

• Must know about art work development, color separation, images, typography and layout for communication materials, including websites, logos, signs, books, magazine, covers, annual reports, advertisements and social media posts.

• Create Leaflet, banner, Brochure, Catalogs, Flyers, Festoons, Calendar, Book cover and other materials.

• Diagnose the issues with operating systems, desktop applications, Hardware Devices (Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Scanner, etc) and related to email systems, IP Phone System, LAN connectivity, Internet Connectivity and remote access technologies for end-users.

• Professional knowledge Adobe’s Creative Suite-including Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.

• Installing, configuring & maintenance computer(Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and other IT appliance, Setup, Maintain & Monitor Endpoint.

• Regular monitoring and ensure day to day IT operation in running smoothly.

• Maintain IT inventory and keep track of all IT equipment.

• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
