Job Context:
∎ We Are Looking for IT Executive
∎ Maintain IT Equipment`s ,IT Support and Tender Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good at Photoshop and extend knowledge of Editing.
∎ Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software cybersecurity
∎ problems (PC, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, Network and Software etc.)
∎ Improving the usability, design, Article writing and conversion of the company
∎ existing website development.
∎ To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to
∎ tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications;
∎ Contributing in cost & price evaluation e.g., BOQ/Estimate etc. Communicating
∎ with the foreign and local client.
∎ Manage IT Infrastructure & Network Security, Monitoring, troubleshoot issues
∎ and support.
∎ Participating in meetings with clients or other business leaders to discuss
∎ current trends or projects
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by superior. Provide corrective and
∎ preventive support services related to IT and.
∎ Maintain and configure various Wi-Fi routers, servers, and attendance devices.
∎ Check all Network Equipment & Internet Connectivity, LAN, WAN, Firewalls,
∎ CCTV surveillance, IP Telephony, Video conferencing systems.
∎ Sound knowledge of troubleshooting on Computing Devices: Desktops,
∎ Laptops, Tablets, and Mobile Devices operating on MAC, Windows, Linux,
∎ Android, and other platforms.
∎ Keep updating company's all digital platforms and touch with updated
∎ technology
∎ Other tasks / Job as assigned by Group IT/ Management
