∎ Training/Trade Course: Software,Hardware,Networking
∎ Skills Required: Capable of operating Web Sites, Computer Troubleshooting, Hardware & Networking, IT System Management, Monitoring and Reporting, Networking and Security Access control

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
∎ 2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
∎ 3. Responding in a timely manner to service issue and requests.
∎ 4.Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
∎ 5. Setting up accounts for new users.
∎ 6. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
∎ 7. Testing new technology
∎ 8. Possibly training junior staff.
∎ 9. A technical, logical thought process.
∎ 10. Maintenance of overall office networks (both LAN & Wi-Fi,) & ensure LAN, Wi-Fi, and Internet Connectivity.
∎ 11. Local area network (wireless & wired) and Wide Area Network Monitoring, Maintenance.
∎ 12. Configuration company Domain mail in Microsoft Configuration and troubleshooting.
