Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware & Networking, Hardware and Software Troubleshooting, IT Support Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing, configuring and repairing computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and cctv camera;
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, Antivirus and networks;
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
∎ Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone);
∎ Setting up accounts for new users;
∎ Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary;
∎ Testing new technology;
∎ Possibly training more junior staff members;
∎ Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services;
∎ Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments;
∎ Implement and troubleshoot redundant application solutions;
∎ Have knowledge in module wise software Implementation;
∎ Any sort of troubleshooting on CCTV/IP Camera, Biometric Finger, Attendances software & Access control Device;
∎ Installation, Configuration and Maintenance, Different types of , Mail Server ,Database Server, File Server Proxy server.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Residing near factory area is preferred;
∎ Mentality to work under pressure;
∎ Mentality to work in a long run;
∎ Gentle and smart.
