Experience in managing Apple devices is highly preferred.
Practical knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and software support.
Ability to manage social media platforms professionally.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Configure, deploy, and maintain Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, and Mac).
Manage the organization’s Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram presence.
Maintain and support networks and software applications.
Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues.
Provide hands-on support to employees for hardware and software problems.
Train staff on IT systems and best practices.
Manage the procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT assets.
Liaise with external vendors for IT services and solutions.
Assist in planning and executing IT projects.
Ensure timely delivery and integration of new systems.
Collaborate with the central BET IT team on email, network, and server-related issues.
Perform any other tasks assigned by top management.
