Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 25 years
- Proficient in Python programming language, master PostgreSQL database operations, understand front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and be able to independently complete the development and debugging of functional modules.
- Familiar with internal enterprise processes (such as personnel management, approval workflow, data statistics, etc.), with demand analysis and scheme design capabilities, and able to accurately meet the needs of business departments.
- Possess good problem troubleshooting, communication and coordination skills, can quickly respond to and solve system usage problems, and have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for the customized development of the Odoo system, building end-to-end online HR process modules, including core scenarios such as departmental staffing demand submission and approval, onboarding/offboarding procedures, and handover approval.
Design and implement exclusive data dashboards for each department to support business data visualization and decision-making analysis, while connecting and optimizing system configurations related to salary payment.
Provide daily operation and maintenance support for the Odoo system, quickly respond to and resolve various issues encountered by employees during use, and ensure the stable and efficient operation of the system.
