Catalyst Solutions, a multinational company serving Fortune 500 clients in the USA and Canada is seeking an experienced IT Consultant to provide strategic oversight and professional guidance to our internal IT operations.

The consultant will supervise and mentor the IT Associate, ensure technology standards are properly maintained, and support IT governance, security compliance, and infrastructure development aligned with international operational requirements.

This is a senior advisory role, suitable for professionals currently employed full-time elsewhere, retired IT leaders, or experienced consultants seeking flexible engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional oversight and supervision of the IT Associate’s daily activities and performance.

• Review IT operations regularly to ensure responsibilities are executed correctly and efficiently.

• Conduct periodic system reviews and provide recommendations for infrastructure improvement.

• Ensure uninterrupted network connectivity and ISP performance across all office locations.

• Monitor adherence to internal IT policies, security protocols, and operational standards.

• Guide implementation of ISO 27001:2022 information security practices.

• Review IT documentation including maintenance logs, incident reports, inventories, and compliance checklists.

• Advise management on IT risk management, data protection, and business continuity planning.

• Participate in recruitment and evaluation of IT personnel when required.

• Provide technical direction for adoption of new technologies aligned with global operations.

• Conduct periodic audits of IT equipment, systems security, and operational readiness.

• Coordinate with management and departments to ensure smooth technology support across locations.

• Submit structured monthly IT status and advisory reports to management.

• Salary Review: Half Yearly
