Have experience in the following business area(s): Graphics Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Ilustrator, Adobe Animator, Adobe Premier Pro, Wondershare filmora, Basic Knowledge (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Typing Speed Must be English-40 Word per minutes, Bangla - 30 Words per minutes. Internet Browsing & Social Media. Must have know WordPress works. (For Graphics Designer)
Responsibilities
Responsible for strategic planning and supervising the day-to-day activities of the Sales & Marketing department.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Promote and sell travel services including air tickets, tour packages, hotel bookings, visa processing, and related services.
Ensure effective and quality customer service in compliance with company policies.
Build, manage, and maintain a strong customer and reference database.
Conduct product and service orientation for new employees.
Identify new customer sources, markets, and business opportunities to increase sales.
Monitor sales performance and support the team in achieving assigned targets.
