  • Diploma In Engineering (CSE, Telecommunication, Tourism & Hospitality)

Experience

Responsibilities & Context

  • Responsible for strategic planning and supervising the day-to-day activities of the Sales & Marketing department.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Promote and sell travel services including air tickets, tour packages, hotel bookings, visa processing, and related services.

  • Ensure effective and quality customer service in compliance with company policies.

  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong customer and reference database.

  • Conduct product and service orientation for new employees.

  • Identify new customer sources, markets, and business opportunities to increase sales.

  • Monitor sales performance and support the team in achieving assigned targets.
