Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, including data scientists and business analysts
∎ Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage project resources to ensure successful project delivery
∎ Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
∎ Monitor project progress and performance against established metrics, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
∎ Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and accurate, and develop and maintain project reports and dashboards
∎ Manage project team members, including data scientists, business analysts, and developers, and provide coaching and mentoring as needed
∎ Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and project close-out meetings
∎ Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, including data models, algorithms, and software components
∎ Participate in the development and implementation of project management methodologies and best practices, specifically for data science projects
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering data science projects on time and within budget
∎ Strong understanding of data science concepts, techniques, and tools, including experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization
∎ Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists, business analysts, and developers
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
∎ Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall, and data science-specific methodologies such as CRISP-DM or TDSP
∎ Familiarity with data science software development tools such as Jupyter, PyCharm, or VS Code
∎ Experience managing project budgets, including forecasting and variance analysis
∎ Willingness to travel as required
Salary: Tk. 125000 - 150000 (Monthly)
