Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for both IT and Artificial Intelligence solutions
∎ Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and social media
∎ Build and maintain relationships with clients, including regular communication and visits
∎ Collaborate with the technical team to provide innovative solutions that meet client needs in the IT and Artificial Intelligence spaces
∎ Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for new business opportunities in IT and Artificial Intelligence
∎ Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients for IT and Artificial Intelligence solutions
∎ Ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service and follow-up
∎ Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments in both IT and Artificial Intelligence fields
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT and Artificial Intelligence business development or sales
∎ Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets in both IT and Artificial Intelligence industries
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Customer Relation Management software
∎ Willingness to travel as required
Salary: Tk. 150000 - 200000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
